How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. Priority Insured is $5.95 and adds tracking plus cover if your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen. A lower carbon option is $6.95.
When does my order ship?
Within one business day of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I track it?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can also use the Track Your Order page.
My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?
Usually not. It is normal for a parcel to travel some distance before the first carrier scan appears, so a quiet tracking page in the first several days is not a sign of a problem.
Do I pay customs or duties?
No. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Message us straight away with your order number. We can usually change it before dispatch, but not after.
Do you ship everywhere?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
